These videos were essential in helping me prepare for interviews – particularly the ones focused on gestures, fidgeting and self-awareness. I notice, for example, that I frequently touch my hair and glasses when I talk. I found that practising the tips in the videos has vastly improved my confidence and I feel more in command of myself and what I have to say.
